催化剂焙烧炉余热利用装置改造实践

摘要 对催化剂焙烧炉余热回收利用装置现状和存在问题及改造情况进行了介绍。在装置的降温单元下部开设余热吸入口,把方管引入到升温单元。改造后,产品出炉温度从80℃降低到50℃,降温单元炉腔温度从220~240℃降低至120~150℃,余热保温管温度由技改前的90~120℃提升至180~220℃,每吨催化剂产品能耗降低50 kW·h,每年节约能耗15000 kW·h。技术改造后,催化剂焙烧炉检修更加便捷、余热管的保温性能大幅提升,余热利用效率有效提高。 Firstly,the current situation and existing problems of waste heat recovery and utilization in catalyst calcination furnaces were introduced.By opening a waste heat suction port at the lower part of the cooling unit,a square tube was introduced into the heating unit.After the renovation,the product s furnace temperature was reduced by 50℃from 80℃,the furnace chamber temperature of the cooling unit was reduced from 220~240℃to 120~150℃,and the temperature of the waste heat insulation pipe was increased from 90~120℃before the technical renovation to 180~220℃.The energy consumption per ton of catalyst product was reduced by 50 kW·h,saving energy of 15000 kW·h annually.After the technical transformation,the maintenance of the waste heat relationship in the catalyst calciner has become more convenient,the insulation performance of the waste heat pipe has been greatly improved,and the efficiency of waste heat utilization has been effectively improved.
