水平井积液诊断理论方法优选

Optimization of Theoretical Methods for Diagnosis of Liquid Accumulation in Horizontal Wells

摘要 针对高气液比气井,利用多种临界携液流量模型进行计算,建立松南气田单井随深度变化的临界携液流量图版,并通过对比实际测压及生产数据判断气井是否积液,优选最适合松南火山岩气井的临界携液流量模型;针对低气液比气井,通过计算理论持液率及实际持液率,建立单井随深度变化的持液率图版,判断气井是否积液;通过分析水平井井斜角与临界携液流量关系,发现井斜角为50°时临界携液流量最大,水平井在造斜段最易发生滑脱。 For high gas-liquid ratio gas wells,multiple critical liquid carrying flow rate models are used for calculation,and a critical liquid carryingflow rate chart for a single well in Songnan Gas Field is established with depth variation.By comparing actual pressure measurement and production data,it is determined whether the gas well has accumulated liquid,and the most suitable critical liquid carryingflow rate model for Songnan volcanic rock gas wells is selected;For low gas to liquid ratio gas wells,by calculating the theoretical and actual liquid holdup,establish a liquid holdup chart for a single well with depth variation,and determine whether the gas well has accumulated liquid;By analyzing the relationship between the inclination angle of a horizontal well and the critical liquid carryingflow rate,it was found that the critical liquid carryingflow rate is highest when the inclination angle is 50°,and the horizontal well is most prone to slip during the inclination section.
