摘要
基于海绵城市建设理念,从污水排放总量、治污总费用等角度出发,对银川市排水防涝系统采取清源截流同时建设方案建立数学模型,采用数值模拟方法进行分析。从仿真结果看,一方面,在实际投入资金约束下,能够得到最优的清源比例和截流倍数,形成最优排水体系建设方案;另一方面,截流倍数、清源比例与污水总量存在“边际效用递减”规律,在实际资金投入约束下,并不需要将清源比例和截流倍数进行大幅度提升。
Based on the concept of sponge city construction,this paper sets up a mathematical model for yinchuan city drainage system by adopting the scheme of clearing source,intercepting and draining simultaneously from the perspective of total sewage discharge amount and total cost of pollution control,etc.numerical simulation method was used for analysis.from the simulation results,under the constraints of actual investment,the optimal ratio of source clearing and intercept signal can be obtained,and the optimal governance scheme can be formed.at the same time,there is a law of"diminishing marginal utility"between the decrease of total sewage and the increase of the ratio of clearing source and the multiple of interception and discharge,so under the condition of limited actual funds,there is no need to strive to increase the ratio of clearing sources and the number of wear and discharge signals to a great extent.
