摘要
从OBE理念的特征——“以学生为中心、成果导向、持续改进”出发,探讨数学实践教学体系的整体结构,形成“需求分析—培养目标—毕业要求—实践教学体系—实践教学评价—持续改进—需求分析”闭环设计,由此确定“师德素养、数学专业素养、数学教学能力、班级管理能力、学习与教学研究的能力”五大实践能力目标,在“校内实践”和“校外实践”两大实践模块中,通过“教师职业道德体验、数学专业课程实践、数学教学实践、班级管理实践、教学研究实践”五大实践环节实现,具体从实践教学目标体系、内容体系、评价模式、持续改进机制四个方面探讨高师数学专业实践教学体系的合理构建。
Starting from the characteristics of the OBE concept such as centered on students,outcome-oriented,and continuous improvement,this paper discusses the overall structure of the mathematics practical teaching system.It forms a closed-loop design of“needs analysis—training objectives—graduation requirements—practical teaching system—practical teaching evaluation—continuous improvement—needs analysis”.From this,it determines five major practical competence objectives:teacher ethics,mathematical professional competence,mathematical teaching ability,class management ability,and ability in learning and teaching research.These objectives are realized through five major practical activities:teacher professional ethics experience,mathematical professional course practice,mathematical teaching practice,class management practice,and teaching research practice,within the two major practical modules of on-campus practice and off-campus practice.This paper specifically discusses the rational construction of the practical teaching system for mathematics majors in Normal Universities from four aspects:the system of practical teaching objectives,content system,evaluation mode,and continuous improvement mechanism.
