预警评分护理在重症肺炎患儿中的应用及对并发症的影响

Application of Early Warning Scoring Nursing in Children with Severe Pneumonia and Its Effect on Complications

目的探讨预警评分护理在重症肺炎患儿中的应用效果及对并发症的影响。方法选取2022年1月至2023年3月商丘市第一人民医院收治的共计92例重症肺炎患儿,以随机数字表法分成干预组(n=46)和对照组(n=46),对照组给予常规护理,干预组给予预警评分护理,比较两组症状消退时间、住院时间、肺功能、并发症发生率及家属满意度。结果干预组症状(发热、呼吸急促、咳嗽、肺部啰音)消退时间及住院时间较对照组短,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预后两组第1秒用力呼气容积(FEV1)、肺活量(VC)升高,且干预组高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预组并发症发生率(8.70%)较对照组(26.09%)低,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预组家属满意度(97.83%)较对照组高(82.61%),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论预警评分护理应用于重症肺炎患儿干预中,能够缩短症状消退时间及住院时间,改善肺功能,降低并发症发生率,提高家属满意度,具有较高的临床应用价值。

Objective To explor the application effect of early warning scoring nursing in children with severe pneumonia and its impact on complications.Methods A total of 92 children with severe pneumonia who were admitted in the First People’s Hospital of Shangqiu City from January 2022 to March 2023 were selected,and randomly divided into the intervention group(n=46)and the control group(n=46)using a random number table method.The control group received routine care,while the intervention group received early warning score care.The time for symptom resolution,hospitalization time,lung function,incidence of complications,and family satisfaction in both groups were compared.Results In the symptoms(fever,shortness of breath,cough,lung rales)to subside and the hospital stay,in comparision of the control group,the intervention group was shorter,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,the first second forced expiratory volume(FEV1)and lung capacity(VC)in both groups were increased,and in comparision of the control group,the intervention group was higher,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the incidence of complications,in comparision of the control group(26.09%),the intervention group(8.70%)was lower,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the family satisfaction,in comparision of the control group(82.61%),intervention group(97.83%)was higher,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of early warning scoring nursing in the intervention of severe pneumonia children can shorten symptom resolution and hospitalization time,improve lung function,reduce the incidence of complications,and increase family satisfaction,which has high clinical application value.
