综合护理干预对减少白内障超声乳化术后眼部疾病的临床研究

Clinical Study on the Effect of Comprehensive Nursing Intervention in Reducing Eye Diseases After Cataract Ultrasonic Emulsification Surgery

目的探究综合护理干预对减少白内障超声乳化术后干眼症的临床研究。方法选取许昌市立医院2021年3月至2023年3月收入的接受白内障超声乳化术患者86例,按照随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,各43例,对照组接受常规护理,观察组接受综合护理,对比两组护理后眼部情况、生活质量、术后干眼症发生率及护理满意度。结果护理后,观察组泪河高度、泪液分泌功能、泪膜分裂时间高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);角膜荧光素染色积分低于对照组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);生活质量评分高于对照组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);术后3个月干眼症发生率(2.33%)低于对照组(13.95%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);护理满意度服务态度、沟通能力、护理技巧及护理舒适性高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论白内障超声乳化术后患者经综合护理应用干预后取得满意成效,干眼症发生率较低,眼部症状得到显著改善,且生活质量及护理满意度进一步提升,整体应用护理成效显著。

Objective To explore the clinical study of comprehensive nursing intervention in reducing dry eye syndrome after cataract ultrasonic emulsification surgery.Methods 86 patients who underwent cataract ultrasonic emulsification surgery in Xuchang City Hospital from March 2021 to March 2023 were selected.According to the random number table method,they were divided into a control group and an observation group,with 43 cases in each group.The control group received routine care,and the observation group received comprehensive care.The eye conditions,quality of life,incidence of dry eye syndrome after surgery,and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared after nursing.Results After nursing,the tear height,tear secretion function,and tear film break-up time of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the corneal fluorescein staining score was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the quality of life score was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the incidence of dry eye syndrome three months after surgery(2.33%)was lower than that of the control group(13.95%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the nursing satisfaction service attitude,communication ability,nursing skills,and nursing comfort of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion After comprehensive nursing intervention,patients who underwent cataract ultrasonic emulsification surgery achieved satisfactory results,the incidence of dry eye syndrome was lower,eye symptoms were significantly improved,and the quality of life and nursing satisfaction were further improved.The overall application of nursing was significant.
