矿用隔爆压入式对旋轴流通风机性能调节的研究

摘要 通风机是矿井安全生产的重要设备,被称为矿井的肺。为解决大功率通风机长期处于非设计工况运行时效率低、风压小、能耗高等问题,采用FLUENT流体仿真软件,研究对旋式风机叶片在不同安装角度的运行特性,明确风机运行时的最佳安装角度。研究结果表明,当风机的流量工况不同时,所对应的最佳风机安装角度不同,根据流量工况来匹配不同的风机,能够显著提升风机的运行效率,保障矿井安全生产。
