血必净联合注射用硫普罗宁治疗药物性肝损伤的效果

Effect of Xuebijing combined with Tiopronin for Injection in the Treatment of Drug-induced Liver Injury

目的 探讨血必净联合注射用硫普罗宁治疗药物性肝损伤的效果。方法 选取2021年1月至2023年7月济南市中西医结合医院收治的82例药物性肝损伤患者作为研究对象,随机分为对照组与观察组,各41例。对照组选用注射用硫普罗宁治疗,观察组采用血必净联合注射用硫普罗宁治疗,比较两组肝功能状况、临床症状好转时间、治疗有效性、不良反应发生率。结果 治疗后,观察组总胆红素、丙氨酸转氨酶、天冬氨酸转氨酶低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组肝区不适、腹胀、恶心呕吐、纳差好转时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率略高于对照组,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 应用血必净联合注射用硫普罗宁治疗药物性肝损伤,可有效改善患者肝功能,提高治疗有效性,缓解肝区不适症状,加快患者康复,且安全性较高。

Objective To explore the effect of Xuebijing combined with tiopronin for injection in the treatment of drug-induced liver injury.Methods A total of 82 patients with drug-induced liver injury treated in Jinan Hospital of Integrated Chinese and Western Medicine from January 2021 to July 2023 were selected as the study objects and randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 41 cases in each group.The control group was treated with tiopronin for injection,and the observation group was treated with Xuebijing combined with tiopronin for injection.The liver function,clinical symptom improvement time,treatment effectiveness and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the total bilirubin,alanine aminotransferase and aspartate aminotransferase in observation group were lower than those in control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The improvement time of hepatic discomfort,abdominal distension,nausea and vomiting,and tolerance in observation group was shorter than that in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in observation group was slightly higher than that in control group,but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion The application of Xuecijing combined with tiopronin for injection in the treatment of drug-induced liver injury can effectively improve the liver function of patients,improve the effectiveness of treatment,relieve the symptoms of liver discomfort,accelerate the recovery of patients,and have high safety.
