尪痹片对膝骨关节炎39例疼痛程度及WOMAC评分的影响

Effects of Wangbi Tablets on 39 Cases of Patients with Pain Degree and WOMAC Score of Knee Osteoarthritis

目的观察尪痹片对膝骨关节炎(KOA)患者疼痛程度及膝关节西安大略和麦克马斯特大学骨关节炎指数(WOMAC)评分的影响。方法随机将乐平市中医医院2021年8月至2023年2月期间收治的KOA患者78例患分为两组,各39例。对照组给予美洛昔康治疗,在此基础上,观察组联合尪痹片治疗,连续治疗8周。比较两组临床疗效,炎症因子水平,疼痛程度,膝关节WOMAC评分及不良反应。结果观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组治疗后白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)均降低,且观察组较对照组低(P<0.05);两组治疗后视觉模拟评分法(VAS)、WOMAC评分均降低,且观察组改善更显著(P<0.05);两组未见严重不良反应。结论尪痹片治疗KOA患者效果显著,可缓解患者膝关节疼痛程度,改善膝关节功能,且药物治疗安全性高。

Objective To observe the effects of wangbi tablets on pain degree and knee Western Ontario and McMaster University Osteoarthritis Index(WOMAC)score of knee osteoarthritis(KOA)patients.Methods 78 patients with KOA admitted to Leping Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from August 2021 to February 2023 were randomly divided into two groups,39 cases each.The control group was treated with meloxicam,and the observation group was treated with wangbi tablets for 8 weeks.The clinical efficacy,inflammatory factor level,pain degree,WOMAC score and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Interleukin-6(IL-6),hypersensitive C-reactive protein(hs-CRP)and tumor necrosis factor(TNF-ɑ)in both groups were reduced after treatment,and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).Visual analogue scale(VAS)and WOMAC scores of both groups were decreased after treatment,and the improvement was more significant in observation group(P<0.05).No serious adverse reactions were observed in the two groups.Conclusion Wangbi tablets are effective in the treatment of KOA patients,relieving knee pain and improving knee function,and they are safe.
