自制口腔溃疡粉治疗儿童白血病化疗性口腔溃疡的疗效观察

Observation on the Therapeutic Effect of Self-made Aphthous Stomatitis Powder on Chemotherapeutic Aphthous Stomatitis in Childhood Leukemia

目的探讨自制口腔溃疡粉治疗儿童白血病化疗性口腔溃疡的疗效。方法选择赣南医学院第一附属医院2020年7月至2022年7月收治的白血病化疗性口腔溃疡患儿70例,随机分组。对照组35例使用康复新液漱口治疗口腔溃疡,研究组康复新液漱口后予自制口腔溃疡粉。比较两组临床疗效、溃疡愈合情况、口腔溃疡分级以及药物安全性。结果治疗后,研究组总有效率高于对照组,口腔溃疡愈合分级优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗前溃疡大小与疼痛程度比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组治疗后溃疡大小与疼痛评分均降低,且研究组更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗期间未出现明显不良反应。结论儿童白血病化疗性口腔溃疡采用自制口腔溃疡粉治疗效果确切,利于促进口腔溃疡愈合,减轻疼痛程度,提升治疗效果,且不会出现明显不良反应,值得临床广泛应用。

Objective To investigate the efficacy of self-made aphthous stomatitis powder in the treatment of chemotherapy induced Aphthous stomatitis in Childhood leukemia.Methods 70 children with leukemia admitted to Gannan Medical College First Affiliated Hospital were selected and randomly divided into groups from July 2020 to July 2022.35 patients in the control group were given Kangfuxin liquid,and the study group were given self-made aphthous stomatitis powder after kangfuxin liquid.The clinical efficacy,ulcer healing,aphthous stomatitis grading and drug safety of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group,and the healing grade of aphthous stomatitis was better than that of the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in ulcer size and pain severity between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05);after treatment,both groups showed a decrease in ulcer size and pain score,and the study group had a lower score,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).During the treatment of aphthous stomatitis,there was no obvious adverse reaction in the two groups.Conclusion The treatment of chemotherapeutic aphthous stomatitis in childhood leukemia with self-made aphthous stomatitis powder is effective,which is conducive to promoting the healing of aphthous stomatitis,alleviating pain,improving the treatment effect,without obvious adverse reactions,and is worthy of extensive clinical application.
