摘要
通过对“通州堰”分洪体系中宋庄蓄滞洪区二期建设工程富壁路暗涵穿越富壁路工程九孔水工隧洞关键技术研究与实践,充分考虑场区水文地质条件、既有道路及地下管线、隧洞间距及埋深等因素,建立模拟模型,分析对九孔隧洞施工引起的结构及地层沉降变形的影响,采用错洞三序分段浅埋暗挖工法,有效减少群洞沉降变形效应,形成了一套完整的富水地区九孔水工隧洞施工技术。充分利用隧洞结构以下天然不透水层及东西两侧地下连续墙兼做竖井(深入不透水层),并在南北隧洞外侧各设置双排倾斜高压旋喷桩(深入不透水层),确定地下连续墙+高压旋喷桩+深孔注浆相结合的止水方案,形成了一套高效稳定的富水地区九孔水工隧洞地下水控制施工技术。通过该项富水地区九孔水工隧洞关键技术研究与实践,为以后类似工程施工提供参考借鉴。
Through the research and practice of the key technology of the nine-hole hydraulic tunnel of the Fubi Road culvert crossing the Fubi Road Project of the second phase of the Songzhuang flood storage and detention area construction project in the "Tongzhou Weir" flood distribution system,the hydrogeological conditions of the site,the existing roads and underground pipelines,the tunnel spacing and the buried depth and other factors are fully considered,and the simulation model is established to analyze the influence of the structure and stratum settlement deformation caused by the construction of the nine-hole tunnel.A complete set of nine-hole hydraulic tunnel construction technology in water-rich areas has been formed.Make full use of the natural impervious layer below the tunnel structure and the underground diaphragm wall on the east and west sides as a shaft(deep impervious layer),and set up double rows of inclined high-pressure jet grouting piles(deep impervious layer)on the outside of the north and south tunnels,and determine the water-stopping scheme combining the underground diaphragm wall +high-pressure jet grouting pile + deep hole grouting,and form a set of efficient and stable groundwater control construction technology for nine-hole hydraulic tunnels in water-rich areas.Through the research and practice of the key technology of the nine-hole hydraulic tunnel in the water-rich area,it provides a reference for the construction of similar projects in the future.
