摘要
[目的]对铅离子检测中生物化学方法的研究进行综述,以期为新方法的探索提供依据和参考。[方法]通过查阅近年来的相关文献,对铅离子的检测方法进行了归纳和分析。[结果]通过分析发现,生物化学分析法存在结果准确度较低、重复性差、无法完全排除其他金属离子的干扰等问题,应用场景目前尚且有限。[结论]目前铅离子的检测方法很多,但在准确简便的快速现场检测方法方面仍存在空白,未来应在这方面进行进一步开发研究。
[Objectives]The objective of this study is to review the bioanalytical methods for lead ion detection,aiming to offer a basis and reference for the exploration of new methods.[Methods]By reviewing relevant literature in recent years,the detection methods for lead ions were summarized and analyzed.[Results]Through analysis,it was found that the bioanalytical methods have such problems as low accuracy,poor repeatability and inability to fully eliminate interference from other metal ions,which restrict their current application scenarios.[Conclusion]Currently,there are numerous methods available for lead ion detection.However,there is still a gap in the development of accurate,simple,and rapid on-site detection methods,which calls for further research and development in this field.
