TC4钛合金双头螺柱断裂失效分析

摘要 规格为M6×30 mm的TC4材质双头螺柱在正常装配飞行器后,进行高温力学试验过程中发生失效断裂。对失效螺柱进行化学成分分析、扫描电镜断口截面分析及金相检查,对原材料进行复验,并对同批次库存螺柱进行力学性能测试,结果表明,失效断裂产品的断裂形式为过载韧性断裂,失效原因为螺柱所承受的实际载荷超出了原设计要求。 After the double end stud of specification of M6×30 mm made of TC4 titanium alloy is normally fitted on the aircraft,it fails and gets fracture during high-temperature mechanic test.It is concluded that failed and fractured stud is in the form of overload resilience fracture and the cause of failure is because of actual load borne by the stud beyond the originally designed requirement by means of analysis on chemical composition of failed stud,analysis on fracture cross-section with scanning electron microscope,metallographic inspection,re-inspection of raw materials as well as mechanical property testing on the studs of the same batch in stock.
