摘要
针对某航空发动机轴承环下供油结构,开展转速、供油压力、润滑油喷射距离、喷射角度对润滑油收集率影响的试验,结果表明:该环下供油结构的润滑油收集率随转速的升高而降低,随供油压力的降低而降低,随喷射距离的增大而减小;喷射距离一定时,喷射角度21°时的润滑油收集率比32°时明显增大。
Based on under-race oil supply structure of an aero-engine bearing,the experiments are carried out to investigate the effects of rotational speed,oil supply pressure,oil injection distance and injection angle on oil collection rate.The results show that the oil collection rate of under-race oil supply structure decreases with the increase of rotational speed,with the decrease of oil supply pressure and with the increase of injection distance;when the injection distance is constant,the oil collection rate at injection angle of 21°is significantly higher than that at injection angle of 32°.
