摘要
探索和理解基于ChatGPT的知识服务新业态,研究重构智慧图书馆知识服务体系,为图书馆数智转型提供新思路、新方案、新平台。基于生成式人工智能技术,搭建由智能交互层、知识服务层和知识引擎层组成的会话式知识服务平台——ChatLib,构建起包括向量化知识组织、会话式知识发现、启发式知识推荐、辩证式细粒度阅读的会话式知识服务体系。ChatLib以其创新性的方法改变了知识理解、知识组织和知识获取方式,提供了更为便捷、准确、个性化的知识服务,深化了图书馆的服务价值和服务能力。目前,ChatLib已在澳门科技大学投入应用,其服务正在持续优化和延伸中。
The aim is to delve into and comprehend novel knowledge service formats predicated on ChatGPT,research and revamp fresh library knowledge service systems,thereby offering innovative concepts,solutions,and platforms for the digital transformation of libraries.Harnessing generative artificial intelligence technology,we have developed ChatLib,a conversational knowledge service platform.It contains an intelligent interaction layer,a knowledge service layer,and a knowledge engine layer.The system accommodates vectorized knowledge organization and conversational knowledge discovery,coupled with heuristic expansion recommendations and dialectical fine-grained reading.ChatLib revolutionizes knowledge comprehension,organization,and acquisition methodologies,delivering more convenient,precise,and customized knowledge services.This showcases the elevated service value and efficiency of the library.At present,ChatLib has been implemented at the Macao University of Science and Technology,where it is being perpetually optimized and extended.
