摘要
钙钛矿太阳能电池(PSC)具有效率高和成本低等优势,在光伏领域展示出巨大的商业应用前景,成为近年来全球关注的研究热点之一,相关技术获得了巨大发展。文章基于incoPat专利数据库对PSC领域的专利进行统计分析,在梳理全球PSC专利的地域分布与技术构成的基础上,分析了PSC制造核心的电池片技术的申请趋势、技术构成和来源国,得出我国在该技术领域的发展情况和存在的问题,并对我国PSC产业发展提出了相应的对策建议。
Perovskite solar cell(PSC)has shown great commercial application prospects in the field of photovoltaic due to many advantages including high efficiency and low cost.It has become one of the research hotspots in the world and the related technologies have been greatly developed in recent years.This paper makes a statistical analysis of patents in the field of PSC based on incoPat patent database and sorts out the geographical distribution and technical composition of global PSC patents.The application trend,technical composition,the country of origin of battery technology which is key to PSC production,are analyzed in sequence.The development status and existing problems in this technological field in China are summarized,and the strategies and proposals for the development of PSC industry in China are put forward.
