生物医药研发实验室安全风险管理与应对措施

Safety risk management and countermeasures of biomedical research and development laboratory

随着生物医药产业的迅猛发展,随之引发的安全性问题也日益得到相关部门的关注。但是,生物医药研发活动的不确定性导致生物医药实验室的风险管控始终处于动态变化中,给生物医药研发实验室的安全管理带来了极大的挑战。文章通过梳理生物医药实验室的发展现状、特点及存在的问题,提出一系列可操作性的措施建议,对助力江苏省乃至全国生物医药实验室的安全风险管理具有重要的示范意义和参考价值。

With rapid development of biomedical industry,the number of domestic biomedical research and development laboratories is also increasing year by year,and the consequent safety problems are also greatly concerned by relevant departments.However,the uncertainty of biomedical research and development activities leads to the dynamic risk control in biomedical laboratories,which brings great challenges to the safety management of biomedical research and development laboratories.By sorting out the development status,characteristics and existing problems of biomedical laboratories,this paper puts forward a series of operational suggestions,which shows significant demonstration and reference value for helping the safety risk management of biomedical laboratories in Jiangsu province and even the whole country.
