摘要
图书馆正在经历数字化到智慧化的转型,图书馆的信息服务方式也面临重大变革,用户需求是服务变革的重要驱动力。文章立足于科技用户信息需求特征,结合服务类型、资源特征等对国家图书馆近5年科技咨询档案进行分析,分析了不同需求类型的用户在科技信息服务中遇到的问题,在此基础上从智慧化检索资源、智能咨询系统、场景化智能服务等角度提出了科技信息服务的改进方向,以满足用户的不同需求,为用户提供更加精准、专业的服务。
Libraries are undergoing a transformation from digitization to intelligence,and their information service methods are also facing significant changes.User needs are an important driving force for service transformation.The article is based on the characteristics of information needs of technology users,and analyzes the scientific and technological consulting archives of the National Library in the past five years by combining service types and resource characteristics.It analyzes the problems encountered by users with different types of needs in scientific and technological information services.Based on this,it proposes improvement directions for scientific and technological information services from the perspectives of intelligent retrieval resources,intelligent consulting systems,and scenario based intelligent services to meet the different needs of users,to provide users with more precise and professional services.
