省级基础测绘DLG增量更新设计与实现

摘要 传统的省级基础测绘DLG更新采用版本数据全量更新模式,从作业效率、数据可追溯性、时空数据关联性等多方面考虑,增量更新机制更加切实有效,也符合新型基础测绘的发展方向。针对增量更新的设计与实现,文章研究了基于地理要素对象标识与数据状态追踪的方法,基于该方法设计面向省级基础测绘DLG的增量更新模型与基本规则,以及增量更新应用于省级基础测绘DLG年度更新与建库的整体技术流程,最后通过实验对本文方法的可行性与效率进行了验证。文章方法可为基础地理信息数据更新提供借鉴与参考。 The traditional provincial-level basic surveying and mapping DLG update adopts a full version data update mode,considering multiple aspects such as operational efficiency,data traceability,and spatiotemporal data correlation.The incremental update mechanism is more practical and effective,and also in line with the development direction of new basic surveying and mapping.For the design and implementation of incremental updates,this article studies a method based on geographical feature object identification and data state tracking.Based on this method,an incremental update model and basic rules for provincial-level basic surveying and mapping DLG are designed,as well as the overall technical process of applying incremental updates to provincial-level basic surveying and mapping DLG annual updates and database construction.Finally,the feasibility and efficiency of this method are verified through experiments.This method can provide reference and inspiration for updating basic geographic information data.
