Global progress in hepatitis B vaccination

病毒性肝炎造成的慢性感染和死亡病例数量庞大,全球疾病较重负担。为消除病毒性肝炎的公共卫生危害,2016年世界卫生组织(World Health Organization,WHO)提出了针对性的战略目标,2022年进一步明确了行动计划。按照WHO推荐的预防策略,各成员国制定了详细的预防接种程序。本研究对全球乙型肝炎疫苗的接种现状、接种策略以及母婴阻断的干预措施进行综述。

Viral hepatitis causes a large number of chronic infections and deaths,resulting in a high disease burden globally.In order to eliminate the public health threat due to viral hepatitis,the World Health Organization(WHO)proposed strategic targets in 2016,and further defined the action plan in 2022.In accordance with the preventive strategy recommended by the WHO,Member States have developed detailed vaccination schedule.This article reviews the status quo and strategies of hepatitis B vaccination,as well as interventions to block mother-to-child transmission.
