捕食性真菌与植物单宁联合制剂对绵羊消化道线虫的杀灭效果

摘要 为了测试捕食线虫性真菌(Duddingtonia flagrans)及植物单宁对绵羊消化道线虫的杀灭效果,在制备伊维菌素、捕食线虫性真菌Duddingtonia flagrans及植物单宁片剂与联合制剂的基础上,进行了绵羊消化道线虫的防控试验,并通过EPG的计数评测驱虫效果。结果表明,成功制备了生物制剂与药物的联合制剂,动物试验表明该制剂具有一定杀虫效果。试验发现单宁酸有一定驱线虫作用;植物单宁、驱虫药与捕食性真菌联合制剂的防治效果优于单一组分组。试验结果为绵羊消化道线虫防治提供了新方法,为植物源杀虫活性物质研究提供了参考数据。 To test the efficacy of the nematode-trapping fungus Duddingtonia flagrans and plant tannin in killing nematodes in the sheep digestive tract,in this experiment,ivermectin tablets,Duddingtonia flagrans and tannin tablets and combined preparation were prepared.The prevention and control test of sheep gastrointestinal nematodes was conducted,and the effect of deworming was evaluated by EPG counting.The results showed that the combination of biological preparation and drugs was successfully prepared,and the animal test showed that the preparation had some nematode-killing effect.The test found that tannic acid had some effect of repelling nematodes.The combined preparation of plant tannin,deworming drug and nematode-trapping fungi had better control effect than single group.The results provided a new method for the prevention and control of sheep gastrointestinal nematodes and reference data for the study of plant-derived nematode-killing active substances.
