摘要
在推动中华民族传统文化,增强学生文化自信的背景下,以“奥灶面制作”为项目主题,展开初中化学“物质在水中的分散”的教学设计。学生通过完成“认识奥灶面”“探寻奥灶面在水中分散的特质”“烹煮奥灶面”“展示奥灶面”四个子项目,挖掘核心知识,构建化学知识框架,培养学生从化学核心素养的角度解决真实问题的思维方法,实现学生的学习共享和交流。
Under the background of promoting the traditional culture of the Chinese nation and enhancing students’cultural confidence,the teaching design of“material dispersion in water”is launched with the theme of“making Aozao noodles”.By completing the four sub-projects of“understanding Aozao noodles”,“exploring the dispersed characteristics of Aozao noodles in water”,“cooking Aozao noodles”and“displaying Aozao noodles”,students excavate the core knowledge,construct the chemical knowledge framework,cultivate students’thinking methods to solve real problems from the perspective of chemical core literacy,and realize students’learning sharing and communication.
