下肢上皮样血管内皮瘤伴肺多发转移1例报告

Epithelioid hemangioendothelioma of the lower limb with multiple lung metastases:a case report

上皮样血管内皮瘤是一种非常罕见的生物学行为具有低度恶性的血管源性肿瘤, 主要发生于四肢, 极少数也可原发于肺、肝脏、骨骼等部位。本文报道1例肺多发转移性上皮样血管内皮瘤病例, 结合文献回顾性分析其临床病理特征, 为临床诊治肺转移性上皮样血管内皮瘤提供参考。

Epithelioid hemangioendothelioma is a very rare vasogenic tumor with low malignancy.It mainly develops in the extremities and rarely in the lungs,liver,bone,and other parts of the body.In this article,a case of pulmonary multiple metastatic epithelioid hemangioendothelioma was reported.The clinicopathologic features of the case were retrospectively analyzed in combination with related literature in order to provide references for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of pulmonary metastatic epithelioid hemangioendothelioma.
