产教融合视角下高校学生就业能力提升研究

Research on the Improvement of College Students'Employment Ability from the Perspective of the Integration of Industry and Education

随着我国教育事业的不断发展,教育规模不断扩大,越来越多的优秀人才涌入就业市场,学生面临较大的就业压力。为减轻学生的就业压力,高校需从多方面考虑,提升学生的就业能力和创业能力。产教融合以“产”为基石,以“教”为路径,将“产、学、研”有机统一,既符合当下各专业市场趋势、企业发展需要,又在校企合作中为学生提供了更科学的教学体系和教学资源,帮助学生在“知行合一”中增强实践能力和就业能力。文章基于产教融合视角,探索大学生就业能力的提升策略。

With the continuous development of China's education industry and the expansion of education scale,more and more outstanding talents are entering the job market,and students are facing significant employment pressure.To alleviate the employment pressure on students,universities need to consider multiple aspects to enhance their employability and entrepreneurial ability.The integration of industry and education takes"production"as the cornerstone and"teaching"as the path,organically unifying"production,learning,and research".It not only conforms to the current market trends of various majors and the development needs of enterprises,but also provides students with a more scientific teaching system and resources in school enterprise cooperation,helping them enhance their practical and employment abilities in the integration of knowledge and action.The article explores strategies to enhance the employment ability of college students from the perspective of industry education integration.
