摘要
“大思政课”建设是当前高校思政教学改革的趋势,高校要构建“大思政课”育人格局,就必须加强思政课教师的课程能力建设。文章基于“大思政课”育人格局下高校思政教师的课程能力建设要求,阐述高校思政课教师的课程能力构成,并提出教师课程能力的建设路径,旨在引导和带动全体教师更好地以德立身、以德立学、以德施教,不断提升精神追求,增强职业道德,拓展学科知识,强化专业技能,提高教学水平。
The construction of"Great Ideological and Political Courses"is a trend in the current reform of ideological and political education in universities.In order to build a"Great Ideological and Political Courses"education pattern,universities must strengthen the curriculum capacity building of ideological and political course teachers.The article is based on the requirements for the curriculum capacity construction ofideological and political teachers in universities under the"Great Ideological and Political Course"education pattern.It elaborates on the composition of the curriculum capacity of ideological and political teachers in universities,and proposes a path for the construction of teacher curriculum capacity.The aim is to guide and drive all teachers to better establish themselves with morality,learn with morality,and teach with morality,continuously enhance spiritual pursuit,enhance professional ethics,expand subject knowledge,strengthen professional skills,and improve teaching level.
