摘要
文章通过用实证课程干预的方法探讨体验式心理学课程对提升高职学生心理弹性水平的效果。选取四个自然班级,两个班为实验组,两个班为对照组。对实验组每周进行一次90分钟的体验式心理课干预,共9周,对照组不进行任何心理干预。两组被试在研究前后采用心理弹性量表(CD-RISC)进行测试。结果表明,接受课程干预的学生心理弹性水平有显著提升,对照组学生前后测得分无明显变化。可以看出体验式心理学课程对高职学生心理弹性水平的提高起到一定的促进作用。
This article explores the effect of experiential psychology courses on improving the psychological resilience level of vocational college students through empirical course intervention.Select four natural classes,with two classes as the experimental group and two classes as the control group.The experimental group received a 90 minute experiential psychological class intervention once a week for a total of 9 weeks,while the control group did not receive any psychological intervention.Two groups of participants were tested using the Psychological Resilience Scale(CD-RISC)before and after the study.The results showed that the psychological resilience level of students who received course intervention was significantly improved,while there was no significant change in the pre-and post test scores of the control group students.It can be seen that experiential psychology courses play a certain promoting role in improving the psychological resilience level of vocational college students.
