通过总结分析近年来智慧物流人才的文献,明确对智慧物流人才研究的重点。从职业素养、知识储备、能力要求三方面建立智慧物流人才需求指标体系,通过专家打分,利用DEMATEL模型分析各指标之间的因果关系及在指标体系中的作用,为智慧物流人才培养提供依据。

By summarizing and analyzing the literature of intelligent logistics talents in recent years,the paper makes clear the focus of the research on intelligent logistics talents.The index system of intelligent logistics talent demand is established from the three aspects of professional quality,knowledge reserve and ability requirements.Through expert scoring,DEMATEL model is used to analyze the causal relationship between each index and its role in the index system,to provide a basis for the cultivation of intelligent logistics talents.
