基于BP神经网络的农村电商物流服务客户满意度评价

Customer Satisfaction Evaluation of Rural E-commerce Logistics Service Based on BP Neural Network

客户对农村电商物流的需求是推进乡村振兴战略实施的重要载体。因此,对客户满意度评价的测度应作为农村电商发展战略的重要组成部分。文章在构建农村电商物流服务客户满意度评价指标体系的基础上,采用BP神经网络对农村电商物流服务客户满意度进行评价。结果表明,所构建的BP神经网络可以对农村电商物流服务客户满意度进行可行有效的评价。

The customer's demand for rural e-commerce logistics plays a crucial role in promoting the implementation of rural revitalization strategy.Therefore,the measurement of customer satisfaction evaluation should be taken as a significant component of the development strategy in rural e-commerce.Based on constructing customer satisfaction evaluation index system for rural e-commerce logistics service,this papers employs BP neural network to evaluate customer satisfaction for rural e-commerce logistics service.The results demonstrate that the constructed BP neural network can effectively evaluate the customer satisfaction for rural e-commerce logistics service.
