物流管理专业大学生文化松紧取向及对学习投入的影响研究

Research on the Cultural Tightness-looseness Orientation of University Students Majoring in Logistics Management and Its Impacts on Learning Engagement

摘要 大学生文化松紧取向是科学分析和预测大学生学习投入的一个新视角。对641位样本大学生(含202位物流管理专业大学生)的问卷调查与数据分析发现:物流管理专业大学生整体呈偏紧文化取向,文化松紧取向总体及课堂非学习行为容忍度分维度评分均值显著高于其他专业,总体及三个分维度评分均值均存在显著年级差异,大学生文化松紧取向越趋紧(松)其学习投入水平越高(低)。且该正向影响不存在是否物流管理专业差异。因此,可通过塑造和强化大学生偏紧文化取向来有效增强其学习投入。 The cultural tightness-looseness orientation of university students provides a new perspective to scientifically analyze and predict their learning engagement.After questionnaire-investigating 641 university students which include 202 students majoring in logistics management and data analysis,this study confirms that the overall cultural tightness-looseness orientation of university students majoring in logistics management tends to be tight and the evaluation scores of the overall cultural orientation and its second subdimension are much tighter than those of students coming from other majors;significant grade difference exists in the overall cultural tightness-looseness orientation and its three sub-dimensions;the tighter the university students'cultural tightness-looseness orientation is,the higher their learning engagement level becomes,whether for university students majoring in logistics management or not.Therefore,it is plausible to enhance university students'learning engagement by shaping and strengthening their cultural tightness orientation.
