习近平文化思想是以习近平同志为核心的党中央领导中国特色社会主义文化建设的思想体系,其倡导“文化自信”的基本立场和态度为处理文化的民族性和世界性的辩证关系而言具有极其重要的理论指引和实践指导作用,为中国文化在世界文化之林中实现繁荣发展提供科学指引,指明路径方向。从全球视野观之,一方面,坚定文化自信须格外注重作为文化身份构成独特标识的文化的民族性,因“文化自由”为文化自信的先决条件之一,致使一个国家、一个民族文化与他国、他族的文化相区别。另一方面又不可忽视作为文化发展外在需要的文化的世界性,因“文化创造”为文化自信的另一先决条件,致使一个国家、一个民族的文化能吸收他国、他族文化成果的有益因子而发展自身。基于辩证发展的观点,文化的民族性与世界性呈现出相互联系与互为递增的辩证统一。

The ideological system of the CPC Central Committee with Xi Jinping’s Cultural Thoughts leading the construction of socialist culture with Chinese characteristics and its basic stance and attitude advocating“cultural self-confidence”play an extremely important theoretical and practical guiding role in dealing with the dialectic relationship between nationality and world culture,providing scientific guidance and pointing out the path and direction for Chinese culture to achieve prosperity and development in the forest of world culture.From a global perspective,on the one hand,to strengthen cultural self-confidence,we must pay special attention to the nationality of culture as a unique symbol of cultural identity,because“cultural freedom”is one of the prerequisites for cultural self-confidence,resulting in a country,a nation’s culture and other countries,other cultures are different.On the other hand,we can not ignore the world of culture as the external need of cultural development,because“cultural creation”is another prerequisite for cultural self-confidence,so that a country or a nation’s culture can absorb the beneficial factors of other countries and other cultural achievements and develop itself.Based on the point of view of dialectical development,the nationality and the world of culture show the dialectical unity of mutual relation and mutual increase.
