中国特色高水平汽车工程技术专业群构建研究

Research on Construction of High-Level Automobile Engineering Technology Specialty Group with Chinese Characteristics

旨在分析汽车产业“新五化”转型升级对汽车产业岗位人才需求、职业院校资源优化需求,汽车产业链与岗位集群间对应关系的基础上,围绕汽车产业链“研产销服”四个环节,构建“一心四翼”专业格局的汽车工程技术专业群。采取专业群以“立德树人、德技并育”为人才培养目标,构建“三对接、四阶段、五融合”的人才培养模式,努力实现“构建一个核心、打造三个示范中心”的总体目标。研究结果为汽车类专业群建设提供了借鉴。

Based on the analysis of the demand of post talents in automobile industry,the demand of resource optimization in vocational colleges and the corresponding relationship between automobile industry chain and post cluster,based on the four links of“Research,production and marketing service”in the automobile industry chain,a professional group of automobile engineering technology with the pattern of“One heart and four wings”is constructed.The aim of professional group is to cultivate talents by building up moral character and cultivating both moral and technical skills,and to construct a talent training mode of“Three-docking,four-stage and five-fusion”,strive to achieve the“Build a core,build three demonstration center”the overall goal.The study provides a reference for the construction of automobile specialty groups.
