中国改革开放四十余年来,深圳市作为经济特区肩负着对内改革和对外开放的双重使命,以敢闯敢试的气魄从无到有走出了一条具深圳特色的科技创新之路。深圳的崛起绕不开我国科技创新发展历程,我国的科技创新也在深圳被诠释得精彩纷呈。当前,世界面临百年未有之大变局,深圳被再次赋予重大机遇和光荣使命,从先行先试转向先行示范,在新时代为实现全面推动我国经济高质量发展,成为社会主义现代化强国城市范例踏上新征程。本文通过对科技创新的要素构成和研究基础,结合深圳一路走来的政策背景和特征现状的综合分析,思考中国特色社会主义先行示范区建设过程存在的问题,并探索如何从科技创新的角度更好地给予解决对策,为广东乃至全国提供高质量的经验借鉴和启示。

Over the past 40 years of China's reform and opening up,Shenzhen,as a special economic zone,has shouldered the dual mission of domestic reform and opening up to the outside world.With the courage to ven⁃ture and try,it has embarked on a path of technological innovation with Shenzhen's unique characteristics.The rise of Shenzhen cannot be separated from the development process of China's scientific and technologi⁃cal innovation,and China's scientific and technological innovation has also been interpreted brilliantly in Shenzhen.At present,the world is facing a century long upheaval,and Shenzhen is once again endowed with significant opportunities and glorious missions.It has shifted from being a pioneer in experimentation to being a pioneer in demonstration.In the new era,it is embarking on a new journey to achieve comprehensive promotion of high-quality economic development in China and become a model of a socialist modernized and pow⁃erful city.This article comprehensively analyzes the composition and research foundation of the elements of scientific and technological innovation,combined with the policy background and development characteris⁃tics of Shenzhen along the way,ponders on the problems in the construction process of the socialist demon⁃stration zone with Chinese characteristics,and explores how to better provide solutions from the perspec⁃tive of scientific and technological innovation,providing high-quality experience and inspiration for Guangdong and even the whole country.
