青年社会学视角下粤港澳大湾区青年发展路向研究

Youth Development in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area from the Perspective of Youth Sociology

粤港澳大湾区是经济发展最为迅猛和高素质青年人口最为聚集的区域之一,对于形成我国全面开放创新格局具有重要意义。港澳青年是内地与港澳两地和谐发展的友谊桥梁,他们的未来与祖国的发展息息相关。因此,研究粤港澳大湾区内青年的发展问题对于粤港澳大湾区发展具有重大意义,尤其是新时代下如何促进青年发展成为政府急需解决的问题。但是在“一国两制”下,粤港澳大湾区的青年发展具有一定的复杂性和多样性,目前存在港澳青年共享国家发展成果面临阻碍、内地青年在港澳被歧视现象多发、三地政策差异、营商环境和公共治理环境差异等几大挑战。本文运用青年社会学中的家庭—社会环境—社会政策理论框架为粤港澳大湾区青年提供建设性的发展路向。

The Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area is one of the region of highly speed economic de⁃velopment and concentrated high-quality youth population,which is crucial for the formation of China's com⁃prehensive open innovation pattern.The young people of Hong Kong as well as Macao are the bridge of friend⁃ship between the motherland and Hong Kong and Macao in that their future is closely related to the development of the motherland.Therefore,studying the development of young people in the Greater Bay Area is of great significance to the development of the Greater Bay Area.In particular,how to promote youth development in the new era has become an urgent problem for the government.However,under the"one country,two systems"policy,the youth development in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area has certain complexity and diversity.There are many difficulties in the youth development in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area,for example,the possibility of Hong Kong and Macao youth for sharing the fruits of national develop⁃ment,the discrimination among youths from the Mainland in Hong Kong and Macao,the policy,business environ⁃ment,and public governance environment differences among the three places.This study uses the theoretical framework of family-social environment-social policy in youth sociology to provide a constructive develop⁃ment direction for young people in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area.
