Triple Logic of Culture of Virtue Governance of Rural Elites Empowering Rural Governance from the Perspective of Two Combinations

作为中国特色社会主义道路上的新探索与新成就,“两个结合”揭示了中华优秀传统文化赓续发展的历史要义。作为中华优秀传统文化的内在核心,乡贤德治文化在赋能乡村治理过程中具有三重逻辑的内在作用。在文化赓续逻辑方面,乡贤德治文化作为精神文化传承与发展的新载体,为乡村文化建设提供了深厚源泉与内生动力;在文化辅治逻辑方面,乡贤德治文化内嵌于乡村“三治融合”之中,做到夯实治理根基、增强治理效力;在文化重塑逻辑方面,乡贤德治文化以社会主义核心价值优势为支撑,注重主体观念的培育,实现乡村社会的和谐稳定。

As a new exploration and achievement on the road of socialism with Chinese characteristics,the“two combina⁃tions”reveal the historical essence of the continuous development of Chinese excellent traditional culture.As the internal core of Chinese excellent traditional culture,the culture of virtue governance of rural elites has the internal function of triple logic in the process of empowering rural governance.In terms of the logic of cultural continuity,as a new carrier of the inheritance and develop⁃ment of spiritual culture,the culture of virtue governance of rural elites provides a profound source and endogenous power for the construction of rural culture.In terms of the logic of cultural auxiliary governance,the culture of virtue governance of rural elites is embedded in the“three-governance integration”of rural areas,so as to consolidate the foundation of governance and enhance the effectiveness of governance.In terms of the logic of cultural remodeling,the culture of virtue governance of rural elites is supported by the advantages of socialist core values,focusing on the cultivation of the concept of subject,and realizing the harmony and sta⁃bility of rural society.
