摘要
在电石储运系统中的卸车、破碎、储存及输送等工段,设备运行中会产生大量粉尘,影响环境安全、设备的使用寿命及操作人员的身体健康。通过采用区域封闭的卸车除尘系统、安全可靠的筒仓储存、封闭的破碎及输送设备、安全环保的粉尘回收系统,实现粉尘的有效治理及回收利用。
In the unloading,crushing,storage and handling sections of the calcium carbide storage and handling system,a large amount of dust may be generated during the operation of the equipment,which may pose environmental hazards,compromise the service life of the equipment and jeopardize the health of the operators.Effective dust management and recycling can be achieved by adopting a closed-are a unloading dust removal system,safe and reliable silo storage,enclosed crushing and conveying equipment,and a safe and environmentally friendly dust recovery system.
