摘要
在“碳达峰”“碳中和”重大战略决策背景下,硫磺制酸装置既要保证安全运行,又要追求经济性极限。介绍了硫磺制酸装置的工艺流程,分析了低温烟气露点腐蚀和干吸工序浓酸腐蚀的原因,计算了装置的热能来源和去向,并有针对性地提出了降低腐蚀和增加热能回收的建议。
Against the backdrop of the major strategic decisions of "peak carbon dioxide emissions" and "carbon neutrality",the sulfuric acid plant shall not only ensure safe operation,but also unlock the economic benefits.The process flow of the sulfuric acid plant,the causes of low-temperature flue gas dew point corrosion and concentrated acid corrosion are presented in the drying and absorption section,the source and destination of the thermal energy of the plant are calculated,and specific recommendations for reducing corrosion and increasing thermal energy recovery are proposed.
