摘要
国家地震烈度速报与预警工程可以在地震发生后为人民群众紧急避险和政府灾后救援提供科技引导。该项目自建成以来,已产出大量预警台站观测数据,这些数据质量影响着地震预警系统的速度和准确度。实现台站运行指标的自动化产出不仅可以方便日常工作任务,还可以提高片区运维效率。因此,可设计基于Python语言的自动推送程序,分类读取计算山西1 096个预警站点的运行数据,生成规范格式的统计表,通过企业微信机器人定时推送工作群并提醒查阅,最终实现山西预警台站运行指标的自动化产出功能。
The National Earthquake Intensity Rapid Reporting and Early Warning Project can provide scientific and technological guidance for people′ s emergency evacuation and government disaster relief after an earthquake.Since the completion of this project,a large amount of observation data from early warning stations has been produced,and the quality of these data affects the speed and accuracy of the earthquake warning system.Implementing automated output of station operation indicators not only facilitates daily work tasks,but also improves the efficiency of regional operation and maintenance.Therefore,an automatic push program based on Python language can be designed to classify,read,and calculate the operational data of 1 096 warning stations in Shanxi,generate standardized statistical tables,and use enterprise WeChat robots to regularly push work groups and remind users to consult,ultimately achieving the automatic output function of operational indicators for Shanxi warning stations.
