摘要
为快速安全地解除油气田工控系统的故障,分析了常用工控系统故障诊断方法的原理及其缺点,提出了一种基于二分法的油气田工控系统故障快速诊断方法。首先识别故障现象,预判需排查的工控系统的大致范围,然后选用工控行业常规方法、工具及指标,对工控系统设备可疑故障点进行编组,并对故障段循环进行二分排查,以2的幂次速度查找故障。研究表明,采用二分法的油气田工控系统故障快速诊断方法能清晰、快速、准确判断油气田工控系统的故障。
In order to quickly and safely solve the faults of oil and gas field industrial control systems,the principles and shortcomings of commonly used fault diagnosis methods for industrial control systems were analyzed,and a fast fault diagnosis method for oil and gas field industrial control systems based on dichotomy was proposed.Firstly,identify the fault phenomenon,predict the approximate scope of the industrial control system that needs to be investigated,and then select conventional methods,tools,and indicators in the industrial control industry.Finally,group the suspected fault points of the industrial control system equipment,and the fault segment cycle is divided into two parts for troubleshooting,so as to find the fault at a speed of 2 power.Research has shown that the rapid diagnosis method of oil and gas field industrial control system faults based on dichotomy can clearly,quickly,and accurately determine the faults of the oil and gas field industrial control system.
