钢铁企业原料厂全流程防错料系统的探索与研究

摘要 原料场是钢铁企业产品流程的“源头”,持续、精准、稳定供料是原料场的核心任务,对于采取被动式上料的原料厂,混料/错料事故会对焦炭质量、高炉气密性等产生立即性影响。为此,着重分析了上料全流程中混料/错料的原因,并从料场源头取料、上料皮带的流程切换运输以及最终进入用户料仓等全流程,制定了技术性防错料的手段,以保障各环节均能精准运输。实践表明,以上措施从本质化解决了混料/错料隐患,效果显著。 The raw material yard is the "source" of the product process in steel enterprises,and continuous,accurate,and stable feeding is the core task of the raw material yard.For raw material plants that adopt passive feeding,mixing/misfeeding accidents will have an immediate impact on coke quality,blast furnace airtightness,etc.To this end,the reasons for mixing/incorrect materials in the entire feeding process were analyzed,and technical measures to prevent wrong materials were developed from the source of the material yard,the process of switching transportation of the feeding belt,and ultimately entering the user′ s material warehouse to ensure accurate transportation in all links.Practice has shown that the above measures have fundamentally solved the hidden dangers of mixing/wrong materials,and the effect is significant.
