摘要
新能源汽车是我国战略新兴产业,现有基础设施建设滞后、核心技术创新力不足、质量保障体系不全、产业推广受限等问题,需大力开展技术攻关、构建产业体系,提升配套设施。梳理了节能与新能源重点专项研究任务、关键技术、研究热点。简述研发体系建设、基础技术提升、核心技术攻关,动力电池提升及高效循环利用5个发展举措,并阐述了新能源汽车的发展方向与建设路径。
New energy vehicles are China′ s strategic emerging industr ies,the existing infrastructure construction lagging,core technological innovation is insufficient,quality assurance system is incomplete,industrial promotion is limited,etc.,need to vigorously carry out technical research,build an industrial system,and improve supporting facilities.This paper sorts out the key special research tasks,key technologies and research hotspots of energy conservation and new energy.The five development measures of R&D system construction,basic technology improvement,core technology research,power battery improvement and efficient recycling are briefly described,and the development direction and construction path of new energy vehicles are expounded.
