摘要 针对1.5MW风机在运行过程中存在的风能利用率低、风机转速波动变化无规律、不稳定等问题,开展1.5MW风机优化控制技术的设计及应用研究。将风机发电机组作为研究对象,设计其结构并构建数学模型;结合密度自适应理论,获取最佳控制系数,对风机进行优化控制。实例证明,应用新的优化控制技术后,风机的风能利用率显著提升,且风机转速可实现有规律的平稳变化,提高风机整体运行安全性和稳定性,满足未来1.5 MW风机的应用需要。 In response to the problems of low wind energy utilization,irregular and unstable fluctuations in fan speed during the operation of 1.5 MW wind turbine,research on the design and application of optimized control technology for the 1.5 MW wind turbine has been carried out.Take the wind turbine generator unit as the research object,design its structure and construct a mathematical model.Combining the density adaptive theory,obtain the optimal control coefficient and optimize the control of the fan.Through practical examples,it has been proven that the application of new optimized control technology significantly improves the wind energy utilization rate of the wind turbine,and the fan speed can achieve regular and stable changes,improving the overall operational safety and stability of the wind turbine,thereby meeting the application needs of future 1.5 MW wind turbines.
