采煤机滚筒结构对装煤性能的影响

摘要 针对采煤机滚筒截割硬煤、装煤效率低的问题,对设计的鼓形滚筒开展了装煤效率验证工作。仿真分析结果表明,截割相同质量的煤炭,鼓形滚筒的有效装煤效率优于普通滚筒。分析了锥顶角对鼓形滚筒有效装煤效率的影响。结果表明,随着筒毂锥顶角的增大,有效装煤效率呈先增大后降低的趋势,锥顶角为10°的有效装煤效率最大,数值为72.3%。采用旋转截割试验台验证了鼓形滚筒仿真计算结果的准确性,证实了与普通滚筒相比,鼓形滚筒在装煤效率方面具有明显的技术优势。 Aiming at the problems of cutting hard coal and low loading efficiency of shearer drum,the loading efficiency verification of drum structure design was carried out.The simulation results show that the effective loading efficiency of the drum is better than that of the ordinary drum when cutting the same quality of coal.The effect of cone top angle on effective coal loading efficiency of drum is analyzed.The results show that the effective coal loading efficiency increases first and then decreases with the increase of cone top angle,and the effective coal loading efficiency is the highest when cone top angle is10°,the value is 72.3%.The accuracy of the simulation results of the drum is verified by the experiment on the rotary cutting test bench,and it is confirmed that the drum has obvious technical advantages in coal loading efficiency compared with the ordinary drum.
