摘要
为提高矿用提升机的控制精度,减小速率传输误差,通过分析控制系统的主要干扰因素和误差产生原因,优化提升机变频器的传输拖动结构,并采用焊接法兰形成硬连接的方式,优化销轴规格,减小挠度,提高轴编码器的抗干扰性能。最后,改造齿轮箱,并监测优化后的控制系统的速度传输,发现同步率明显提升,传输误差减小,控制效果显著。
In order to improve the control accuracy of mine elevators and reduce rate transmission errors,this paper analyzes the main interference factors and error causes of the control system,optimizes the transmission and drag structure of the elevator frequency converter,and uses welded flanges to form a hard connection,optimizes the pin specifications,reduces the deflection,and improves the anti-interference performance of the shaft encoder.Finally,the gearbox is modified,And the speed transmission of the optimized control system was monitored,and it was found that the synchronization rate was significantly improved,the transmission error was reduced,and the control effect was significant.
