某型船合控制系统模拟量信号测量故障分析

摘要 某型船联合控制系统存在模拟量信号测量故障,该故障会导致联合控制系统对设备状态判断出现误差,甚至导致异常停机。针对该型联合控制系统模拟量信号测量故障问题,从模拟量测量原理出发,结合现场常见故障形成故障诊断树,分析系统运行工作中出现的典型模拟量信号测量故障,总结出适用于该型联合控制系统模拟量信号测量故障的分析方法,对联合控制系统稳定运行有重要意义。 The analog signal measurement fault exists in the joint control system of a certain type of ship,which will cause the joint control system to judge the equipment status incorrectly and even lead to abnormal shutdown.Aiming at the analog signal measurement fault of this type of joint control system,this paper starts from the analog signal measurement principle,forms a fault diagnosis tree combined with common faults in the field,analyzes the typical analog signal measurement fault in the system operation,and summarizes the analysis method suitable for the analog signal measurement fault of this type of joint control system.It is of great significance to the stable operation of the joint control system.
