激光熔覆技术在液压支架修复中的应用研究

摘要 针对传统液压支架电镀修复技术存在表面脱铬严重、修复后寿命较短、电镀耗时较长等问题,研究了液压支架修复工艺和技术,提出了一种基于激光熔覆技术的液压支架快速修复工艺,分析了激光熔覆的关键技术,选用YAG激光器进行现场应用和调试,并分析激光熔覆修复液压支架的效果。结果表明,激光熔覆技术的修复质量较高,提高了液压支架立柱的表面硬度,延长了设备的使用寿命,实现了废旧设备的重复利用,节省了液压支架购置成本,降低了对环境的污染程度。 Aiming at the problems of severe surface chromium removal,short service life after repair,and long electroplating time in traditional hydraulic support electroplating repair technology,the hydraulic support repair process and technology were studied,and a rapid repair process for hydraulic supports based on laser cladding technology was proposed.Analyzed the key technologies of laser cladding,selected YAG laser for on-site application and debugging,and analyzed the effect of laser cladding on repairing hydraulic supports.The results show that the repair quality of laser cladding technology is high,which improves the surface hardness of hydraulic support columns,prolongs the service life of equipment,realizes the reuse of waste equipment,saves the cost of purchasing hydraulic supports,and reduces the degree of environmental pollution.
