建筑结构的裂缝控制技术

摘要 高层建筑施工中的裂缝问题一直是困扰施工质量的突出难题,高层建筑中的裂缝轻则影响结构美观度,重则影响结构安全性,然而,国内外文献缺乏对结构裂缝系统性的分析。论文首先对结构中常见裂缝的概念进行了区分和界定,将常见裂缝分为四大类;在此基础上总结概述了各种裂缝的形成机理,常容易造成裂缝生成的因素也主要分为四类;最后,针对容易导致裂缝的因素进行了针对性的改进措施,可以有效控制施工期裂缝的形成,此外,论文还给出了两种裂缝修复措施,对现役结构的裂缝处理提供参考。 The problem of cracks in high-rise building construction has always been a prominent challenge that affects construction quality.Cracks in high-rise buildings can affect both structural aesthetics and safety,but there is a lack of systematic analysis of structural crack problems in domestic and foreign literature.In this article,the concept of common cracks in structures is distinguished and defined,and common cracks are divided into four categories.On this basis,the formation mechanisms of various cracks are summarized and the factors that commonly cause crack generation are also divided into four categories.Finally,targeted improvement measures are proposed for factors that easily lead to cracks,which can effectively control the formation of cracks during the construction period.In addition,this article also provides two crack repair measures that are practical for dealing with cracks in existing structures.
