摘要
目的研究大学生童年创伤、网络成瘾与领悟社会支持之间的关系,以及领悟社会支持在大学生童年创伤和网络成瘾关系中的中介作用。方法采用儿童创伤简表问卷、领悟社会支持量表和网络成瘾量表,通过分层随机抽样方法,对1530名在校大学生进行调查。运用中介效应模型分析大学生童年创伤、领悟社会支持与网络成瘾间的关系。结果①大学生童年创伤与网络成瘾呈正相关(r=0.686,P<0.01),与领悟社会支持呈负相关(r=-0.669,P<0.01);领悟社会支持与网络成瘾呈负相关(r=-0.553,P<0.01)。②大学生童年创伤对网络成瘾产生直接效应[0.277,95%CI(0.218,0.336)],领悟社会支持在大学生童年创伤和网络成瘾间存在部分中介效应[0.142,95%CI(0.118,0.166)]。结论大学生童年创伤不仅可以直接影响网络成瘾,还可以通过领悟社会支持影响网络成瘾,高校教育工作者可以通过提高个体领悟的社会支持水平来降低大学生的网络成瘾。
Objective To explore and examine the relationship between childhood trauma,internet addiction and perceived social support among university students,and the mediating role of perceived social support in the relationship between childhood trauma and internet addiction among university students.Methods The stratified random sampling method was adopted to investigate the 1530 college students with the Childhood Trauma Questionnaire Short Form,Perceived Social Support Scale and Young's Diagnostic Questionnaire.The mediating effect model was used to explore the relationship between childhood trauma,perceived social support and internet addiction in college students.Results University students'childhood trauma was significantly positively correlated with internet addiction(r=0.686,P<0.01)and significantly negatively correlated with perceived social support(r=-0.669,P<0.01).Perceived social support was negatively correlated with internet addiction(r=-0.553,P<0.01).②College students'childhood trauma had a direct effect on internet addiction[0.277,95%CI(0.218,0.336)],and there was a partial mediating effect of perceived social support between university students'childhood trauma and internet addiction[0.142,95%CI(0.118,0.166)].Conclusion Childhood trauma among college students can not only directly affect the internet addiction,but also through the perceived social support.College educators can reduce internet addiction among college students by improving the level of individual perceived social support,elucidating these relationships will help to formulate and implement more targeted interventions and strategies,in order to improve Chinese university students'mental health.
