摘要
目的 探讨大学生主动性人格对职业期望的影响及成就动机的中介作用。方法 采用职业期望量表、主动性人格量表和成就动机量表对山西省某医科高校483名大学生进行问卷调查。结果 主动性人格可以预测职业期望(β=0.214,P<0.001),直接效应为0.298,占总效应的76.8%;也可以通过追求成功的动机间接影响大学生职业期望(β=0.145,P=0.004),间接效应为0.102,占总效应的26.3%;主动性人格通过避免失败的动机对大学生职业期望的影响无统计学意义(β=0.025,P=0.590)。结论大学生主动性人格可以直接预测职业期望,也可以通过追求成功动机的中介作用来间接影响职业期望。
Objective To explore the influence of college students'proactive personality on career expectations and the mediating effect of achievement motivation.Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted on 483 college students from a university in Shanxi Province by using the Career Expectancy Scales,the Proactive Personality Scales and the Achievement Motivation Scales.Results Proactive personality can directly predict career expectations(β=0.214,P<0.001),with a direct effect of 0.298,accounting for 76.8%of the total effect.It can also indirectly influence college students'career expectations through the motivation of pursuing success(β=0.145,P=0.004),with an indirect effect of 0.102,accounting for 26.3%of the total effect.However,the influence of proactive personality on college students'career expectations through the motivation of avoiding failure motivation was not significant(β=0.025,P=0.590).Conclusion The proactive personality of college students can directly predict career expectations,and also indirectly influence career expectations through the mediating role of successseeking motivation.
