摘要
为了解决离散型制造企业数据上传缺少可靠机制保障的问题,规避各部门数据传输不及时、缺乏正确性、完整性等问题,文章提出了针对离散型制造企业主数据平台设计方案,建立标准化的主数据平台总体架构,力求实现制造车间数据的及时传输、网络交换设备预警及数据分析处理技术研究。采用文献综述法、案例引用法、对比法等,结果表明该数据平台可用于车间设备预警分析,保障平台稳定运行,为离散型制造企业的数据准确传输提供了有力支撑。
In order to solve the problem of lack of reliable mechanism guarantee for data uploading in discrete manufacturing enterprises,and to avoid problems such as untimely,inaccurate,and complete data transmission in various departments,this paper proposes a design of a master data platform for discrete manufacturing enterprises,and establishes a standardized overall architecture of the master data platform,aiming to achieve timely transmission of manufacturing workshop data,network exchange equipment warning,and data analysis and processing technology research.Adopting methods such as literature review,case citation,and comparative analysis.The results indicate that the data platform can provide early warning and analysis of equipment in the workshop,ensuring stable operation of the platform and providing strong support for accurate data transmission in discrete manufacturing enterprises.
