职教本科数控技术专业行动体系课程开发建设路径

摘要 随着全球市场竞争加剧,以智能制造为代表的先进制造技术已在企业逐步推广应用。面对产业高端和高端产业的智能制造职业岗位,中、高职毕业生的岗位职业能力适应性明显不足。岗位职业能力适应性是职教本科的本质特征,职教本科数控技术专业课程的开发应遵循职业本位逻辑,根据人才市场需求的变化进行持续的自我革新,为主动融入地方产业发展及提升地方经济综合实力,提供高层次技术技能数控技术专业人才教育保障。 With the intensification of global market competition,advanced manufacturing technologies represented by intelligent manufacturing has been in a gradual promotion and application in enterprises.In face of intelligent manufacturing jobs in high-end industries and industrial high-end,the students graduating from secondary and higher vocational institutes obviously lack sufficient vocational ability adaptability which is the nature of vocational education undergraduate.The curriculum development for CNC technology major in vocational education undergraduate should follow the occupation-based logic and be in continuous self-innovation according to the changes in the demand of talent market,and provide a high-level technical and skilled talent pool for active integration into local industrial development and improvement of comprehensive strength of local economy.
